In my mind....
SO I'm home from Europe, and although it was one of the most amazing times of my life, I can't bring myself to write about it in detail. Maybe I'll write recounts of the trip over time through this blog as memories come back, or use anecdotes to describe some of my feelings - but as of now it's not something I want to taint by trying to illuminate every single detail. As a whole the trip was perfect - I guess I don't want that feeling to leave me just yet.
Okay so, I JUST posted on instagram this picture of Char from Geordie shore, being like - this show is 'mindless' indulgence.... when seriously I think my mind fucks over every time I watch it. Given, it's probably the most trivial and trashy show ever - but SERIOUSLY, I feel like the clique politics and bitchiness and secrets in that show are just so DAMN relevant. I love Char to pieces because her vulnerability and overt sexuality just clicks with me personally, and every time I hear her speak about how she feels or how she WANTS to feel - I'm like "well, fuck. I get what you mean baby hey!"
Maybe I don't have a 3-year-lasting love/hate relationship with a boy that has foursomes behind my back like she does, but I totally think I know what that would feel like. I dunno. Maybe I do, maybe I don't but I just really get why the girls on that show react the way they do. Right now I like to think I'm in a bit of a Vicky-esque place right now - in a happy relationship and not worried about that bizniz. But nah, I totally got it once in my life and I think that's why I love the show so much (despite its crudeness and value of -9000 in intellectual value)
So yeah, I'm home and stating uni in 2 days - yikes! I'm just looking forward to seeing everyone and catching up - I've felt a little lonely in Europe going out and having to make drunk foreign friends. It's good to be home :)
So many goodies to unpack from my trip... LV, Prada, Gucci, Oscar De La Renta, Burberry, OPI, Dr Brandt, Urban Decay, Biotherm, ZARA, Official Nike football merchandise ;) ......
I'm just gonna go into a happy coma now fuarrrrrrrrr
